Welcome to Earth Heart Yoga - A Place to Find Your Path of Light

Earth Heart Yoga is a center dedicated to yoga as a way to enliven the body, mind and spirit. Located in Downtown Laconia NH with a seasonal annex in our country Yoga Yurt for special yoga classes, workshops and retreats. Both locations greet you with a warm, natural atmosphere to inspire you from the inside out.

Yoga Teacher Training starts September 2008

Earth Heart Yoga - Stretch your Body, Mind & Spirit

Here at Earth Heart Yoga we encourage each student to raise the level of his or her spiritual practice in a safe and supportive environment. We are fortunate to have instructors with various backgrounds and diverse styles unique to their special talents. We offer Anusara - Inspired, & Hatha based yoga. All of these work with Asana, Pranayama and Meditation as the cornerstones of a committed yoga practice. Our instructors are highly trained and registered with the yoga alliance.

Joyce Kendall owner of Earth Heart Yoga is registered as an Experienced yoga teacher, E-RYT500, with the yoga alliance. Joyce has completed 500 hrs. of accredited training, 200 hrs. in Integrated Yoga and 300 hrs. in Anusara Based Hatha Yoga.

SCHEDULE UPDATES -

Thursday 5:15pm class will move up to 5pm starting 6/19.

Friday July 4th & Sat July 5th classes are cancelled for the Holiday Weekend. Additionally Wed July 9th is cancelled due to instructor travel. Hope you can make another class.
